Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-15
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on InkConcierge and how you can control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device to remember preferences and provide basic functionality. Similar technologies include localStorage and session storage.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary cookies (authentication, security, language preference — no consent required). Analytics cookies (product analytics via PostHog — consent-based). Marketing cookies (only on marketing pages when explicitly accepted).
How long cookies last
Cookies are either session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain for a set period or until you delete them. Strictly necessary cookies such as your sign-in session last only as long as needed to keep you authenticated, while preference cookies like your language choice can persist for up to 12 months. You can delete any cookie at any time through your browser.
Language preference cookie
We set a first-party cookie named i18n_redirected to remember your language choice between visits. This cookie is strictly necessary and lasts up to 12 months.
Analytics
Once analytics are enabled, we use PostHog (EU region) with pseudonymized identifiers. You can opt out at any time via the consent banner or by contacting dan@aiscalestudio.com.
Error and performance monitoring
To keep the service reliable, we use Sentry to capture technical error reports and basic performance data. These may rely on cookies or local storage to group related events and avoid duplicate reports. The data is used only to diagnose and fix problems and to monitor stability, not for advertising.
Third parties
Stripe sets cookies during checkout to prevent fraud. See Stripe's privacy and cookie policies for details.
Your consent
For cookies that are not strictly necessary — such as analytics — we ask for your consent through a banner before they are set. You can accept or decline categories individually, change your choice at any time through the banner, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Declining non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to use the core service.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) preference. Where technically and legally required, we honour GPC signals as a request to opt out of non-essential cookies. Because there is no common standard for Do Not Track, our consent banner remains the primary way to control optional cookies.
Managing cookies
You can clear and block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break core functionality like staying signed in.
Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our technology or the cookies we use change. When we make material changes, we will update the date shown above and, where appropriate, ask for renewed consent through the banner. Please review this page periodically to stay informed.
